2017 Juno Nominee for Blues album Of the Year, Sean Pinchin haunts the stage with his sultry sounds and elegant verse. Sean found his calling in Folk and Blues’, finding the community and the music spoke to his lifestyle and his heart. A self-proclaimed “typical” Ginger and Taurus, his down-to-earth and easy going personality compliments the energetic charisma he projects on stage. His songs are deeply rooted in the storytelling traditions of folk and blues with a contemporary vibe. Sean has a gritty guitar sound that, at times, is reminiscent of a deep swamp boogie, and elsewhere, his slide guitar evokes the legends of the Mississippi delta.

The Molloy Story www.cameronmolloymusic.com
In November 1989 I was co-hosting an open mike night at a café near the city limits of Harrisburg, PA with a Deadhead hippie chick who worked the local Renaissance Fair. She drew in all manner of characters to these Sunday evening events. On any given night a shy budding guitarist might follow a woman who has played Celtic music in all fifty states, or a wild eyed man playing Grateful Dead on a squeezebox. It wasn’t easy to stand out in this crowd, but one man certainly did.

Canada native Cameron Molloy stepped up to the microphone and a lifetime of music and the stories behind the songs came pouring into that small room. “What is this guy doing here?” was the obvious question, as Molloy artfully set up each song with a clever yarn, and delivered his tunes with the ease and confidence that only come from decades on the road.
